摘 要:肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者的二尖瓣装置解剖与功能异常,可致左心室流出道或左心室腔内梗阻,影响患者治疗决策与中长期疗效。HCM临床管理中,超声心动图对其诊断、治疗方案制定、术中监测和随访等,均具有重要作用,特别是对其二尖瓣装置解剖结构与功能评价具有独特价值。现就超声心动图系统评估HCM患者二尖瓣形态异常和功能改变的进展进行综述。Anatomical and functional abnormalities of the mitral valve apparatus in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)can lead to left ventricular outflow tract or intracavitary obstruction,affecting patients’therapeutic decisions and medium-to long-term efficacy.In the clinical management of HCM,echocardiography plays an important role in the diagnosis,development of treatment plans,intraoperative monitoring,and follow-up,particularly in the structural and functional evaluation of the mitral valve apparatus,which is of unique value.This article reviews the progress of echocardiographic evaluation of the anatomy and function of mitral valve in patients with HCM.
