摘　　要：非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)是最常见的心房颤动类型。左心房结构和功能重构在NVAF的发生和病情进展过程中具有重要意义。作为无创、简便、易获得的工具,超声心动图在NVAF患者病情评估、疗效观察以及并发症危险分层方面发挥着重要作用。现阐述超声心动图对NVAF患者左心房结构和功能的评估方法、相关参数及其临床意义。Nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF)is the most common type of atrial fibrillation.Left atrial structural and functional remodeling plays a significant role in the occurrence and progression of NVAF.As a non-invasive,convenient and widely available tool,echocardiography plays an important role in the disease assessment,efficacy observation and risk stratification of complications in patients with atrial fibrillation.This article reviews the evaluation methods,relevant parameters and clinical significance of echocardiography for left atrial structure and function in patients with NVAF.
