摘　　要：Apelin-13作为Apelin最主要的亚型之一,广泛存在于心血管系统中,其结构稳定且活性较强,通过改善内皮功能、舒张血管调节血压等来保护心肌。冠心病作为心血管疾病谱系中的高发疾病,严重影响人类健康。相关研究表明,Apelin-13在冠心病的发生发展中起重要作用。现对Apelin-13在冠心病中的作用机制、诊断价值及治疗意义进行综述。Apelin-13,as one of the most prominent isoforms of Apelin,is widely present in the cardiovascular system,with its stable structure and strong activity,and protects the myocardium by improving endothelial function and regulating blood pressure through vasodilatation.Coronary heart disease,as a highly prevalent disease in the spectrum of cardiovascular diseases,seriously affects human health.Relevant studies have shown that Apelin-13 plays an important role in the development of coronary heart disease.This paper reviews the mechanism,diagnostic value and therapeutic significance of Apelin-13 in coronary heart disease.
