国产大型污泥脱水卧螺离心机组的研发应用

摘　　要：根据上海某污水处理厂二期扩建工程的要求,研究开发LW850 X 3700型卧式离心机,设备污水处理量达到150.6 m^(3)/h,污水处理能力高于国外同水平进口机器。并针对进泥浓度的变化,对絮凝剂制备投加设备及流程、离心机主体结构和控制系统进行优化改进设计。现场调试与数值测试结果表明,优化后的卧螺离心机机组运行稳定,污水处理能力和分离效果均达到设计要求。According to the requirements of the second phase expansion project of a sewage treatment plant in Shanghai,the LW850 X 3700 horizontal centrifuge was developed.The sewage treatment capacity of the equipment reaches 150.6 m^(3)/h,and the sewage treatment capacity is higher than that of imported foreign machines of the same level.In view of the change of inlet sludge concentration,the flocculant preparation and dosing equipment and process,the main structure and control system of the centrifuge were optimized and improved.On-site debugging and numerical test results show that the optimized horizontal screw centrifuge unit operates stably,and the sewage treatment capacity and separation effect meet the design requirements.
