摘 要:为解决季冻区路面强度下降、冻融破坏等问题,选取高分子吸水树脂(SAP)、粉煤灰制备路面高性能机制砂混凝土。通过对SAP和粉煤灰复掺后路面高性能机制砂混凝土的耐久性能进行研究,验证复合材料对路面混凝土的耐久性能的提升。试验表明增加SAP掺量会逐步提升混凝土的抗冻性能,最佳掺量为0.18%;一定含量的SAP能提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能;而耐磨性能与SAP掺量的关系不大。In order to solve the problems of road strength reduction and freeze-thaw damage in seasonal frozen areas,SAP and fly ash were selected to prepare high-performance machine-made sand concrete for road surfaces.The durability of pavement high-performance machined sand concrete mixed with SAP and fly ash was studied to verify the improvement of the durability of pavement concrete by composite materials.Tests show that increasing the content of SAP will gradually improve the freezing resistance of concrete,and the optimal content is 0.18%.A certain content of SAP can improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete;but the wear resistance has little to do with the content of SAP.
