摘 要:该研究分析电力拖动系统中,三相异步电动机的调速控制策略及性能优化方法。鉴于三相异步电动机在工业自动化中的广泛应用及其调速性能对系统效率与稳定性的重要影响,该研究首先探讨变频调速、改变极对数等调速技术,并分析其他调速技术的可行性。随后,从提高电动机效率、降低噪声和振动、增强稳定性和可靠性3个方面提出性能优化措施。通过实验验证不同调速策略与控制方法的实际效果,并对负载适应性、调速性能及控制系统性能进行深入分析。研究结果表明,合理的调速控制策略与性能优化方法能显著提升三相异步电动机的综合性能。期待通过该研究为电力拖动系统的优化设计与运行提供一些参考依据。This study analyzes the speed control strategy and performance optimization methods of three-phase asynchronous motors in electric drive systems.In view of the widespread application of three-phase asynchronous motors in industrial automation and the important impact of their speed regulation performance on system efficiency and stability,this study first discussed speed regulation technologies such as frequency regulation and changing pole pairs,and analyzed the feasibility of other speed regulation technologies.Subsequently,performance optimization measures were proposed from three aspects:Improving motor efficiency,reducing noise and vibration,and enhancing stability and reliability.Through experiments,the actual effects of different speed regulation strategies and control methods are verified,and the load adaptability,speed regulation performance and control system performance are in-depth analyzed.The research results show that reasonable speed control strategies and performance optimization methods can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of three-phase asynchronous motors.It is expected that this research will provide some reference for the optimal design and operation of electric traction systems.
