摘　　要：某企业新建催化裂化装置在开工初期发生304L材质碱液管道多次泄漏问题。该文通过对泄漏部位开展宏观和微观分析,查找碱液管道泄漏深层次原因并提出改进措施。A newly-built catalytic cracking unit in a certain enterprise experienced multiple leaks in its 304L caustic solution pipeline during the early stages of operation.Through macroscopic and microscopic analyses of the leak location,the deep-seated causes of caustic solution pipeline leaks were identified and improvement measures were proposed.
