导流隧洞施工技术在水利枢纽特大断面工程中的应用

摘　　要：以某水利枢纽工程的导流隧洞为例,探究爆破开挖、临时支护与混凝土衬砌等施工技术的应用。洞身以Ⅱ~Ⅲ级围岩为主,使用液压凿岩台车钻孔后进行爆破作业。钻爆结束后立即进行喷锚作业加固围岩,局部挂钢筋网,再次喷射混凝土进行二次衬砌,营造安全的施工环境。二次衬砌结束后进行养护,养护完成后回填灌浆和固结灌浆,从而保证围岩稳定。Taking the diversion tunnel of a water conservancy project as an example,the application of construction technologies such as blasting excavation,temporary support and concrete lining is explored.The tunnel body is mainly composed of Grade II~III surrounding rock,and blasting operations are carried out after drilling with hydraulic drilling jumbo.Immediately after the drilling and blasting,shotcrete and anchor operations are carried out to strengthen the surrounding rock,partially hang steel mesh,and spray concrete again for secondary lining to create a safe construction environment.Maintenance is carried out after the secondary lining is completed,and backfilling grouting and consolidation grouting are completed to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock.
