摘　　要：近些年餐饮场所燃气安全事故频发,造成人员伤亡和财产损失,影响着社会稳定和经济发展。运用科技手段筑牢最后一道防线,强化燃气餐饮用户终端的安全监控能力。通过对餐饮场所燃气泄漏监控平台的建设规划、平台建设、运行实施、存在的问题4个方面进行梳理总结,分析厦门市在强化燃气用户端安全监控方面的有关创新和实践。平台建设应用实现对餐饮场所燃气泄漏浓度的实时、在线监测和预警,确保相关部门能够及时介入处置燃气泄漏,把危险控制在始发阶段。为提升燃气用户端科技管理水平和促进智慧城市建设提供可参考的工作思路。In recent years,gas safety accidents in restaurants have occurred frequently,causing casualties and property losses,and affecting social stability and economic development.Use scientific and technological means to build the last line of defense and strengthen the safety monitoring capabilities of gas catering user terminals.By sorting out and summarizing the construction planning,platform construction,operation implementation,and existing problems of the gas leak monitoring platform in catering establishments,we analyze the relevant innovations and practices of Xiamen City in strengthening safety monitoring of gas users.The platform construction and application realize real-time and online monitoring and early warning of the concentration of gas leaks in catering establishments,ensuring that relevant departments can intervene in a timely manner to deal with gas leaks and control the danger at the initial stage.It provides reference working ideas for improving the technological management level of gas users and promoting the construction of smart cities.
