中国农民问题探析与对策

摘　　要：农民问题是中国社会最基本、最广泛、最深刻的问题之一,也是影响中国社会稳定以及经济持续健康发展的重要因素。因而,如何采取有效手段,进一步解决农民问题,是该文所探究的主题。该文从农民素质、农民增收和农民权益3个方面分析当前中国农民问题的现状、原因,指出农民问题的复杂性、长期性和紧迫性,并提出解决农民问题的对策与建议,包括加强对农民的教育和培训、提高农业生产效率和增收水平、完善农村社会保障制度等。Farmers'issues are one of the most basic,extensive and profound issues in Chinese society.They are also an important factor affecting China's social stability and sustained and healthy economic development.Therefore,how to adopt effective means to further solve farmers'problems is the theme explored in this paper.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of China's farmers'problems from three aspects:farmers'quality,farmers'income increase and farmers'rights and interests,points out the complexity,long-term and urgency of farmers'problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve farmers'problems,including strengthening education and training for farmers,improving agricultural production efficiency and income increase level,and improving rural social protection system.
