食醋文化产业品牌构建赋能乡村振兴的路径探究

摘  要:乡村振兴关系人民福祉和区域经济发展,乡村振兴离不开文化振兴。当前,乡村优秀传统文化面临传承、发展、创新等诸多困境,表现为文化主体发展缺失、面临传承危机、文化产业发展滞后和文化产品创意不足等。该文从乡村振兴的视域出发,以湟源陈醋为研究对象,立足于县域文化特色,试图通过“一厂一品”食醋文化产业品牌构建为县域食醋产业的发展提供新动力,并结合数字技术的应用,实现食醋文化产业的数字化、内容的丰富性等方面的突破。Rural revitalization is related to people's well-being and regional economic development.Rural revitalization is inseparable from cultural revitalization.At present,excellent traditional rural culture faces many difficulties such as inheritance,development,and innovation,which are manifested in the lack of development of cultural subjects,the crisis of inheritance,the lagging development of cultural industries,and the lack of creativity of cultural products.Starting from the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper takes Huangyuan mature vinegar as the research object,based on the cultural characteristics of the county,and attempts to provide new impetus for the development of the county vinegar industry through the construction of the"one factory,one product"vinegar cultural industry brand,and combines it with the application of digital technology to achieve breakthroughs in digitalization and content richness of the vinegar cultural industry.
