基于理实一体化的农事学耕读思政育人改革与实践

摘　　要：农事学是农学专业开设的一门专业核心必修课。农事实践是农学专业学生掌握农事生产技能、理解优秀农耕文化内涵及把专业理论知识与实践深度融合的重要途径。近年来,尽管涉农高校农学专业学生培养过程中重理论、轻实践的现状得到一定的改善,但在培养实践能力方面仍然与现代农业产业和农业强国建设的需求差距很大。山西农业大学农事学教学团队进行一系列教学改革,以耕读教育实践育人为核心,深入挖掘农事学所蕴含的丰富思政元素,创新农事实践活动的组织形式,完善多元化综合考核评价体系,探索构建基于理实一体化的农事学全过程思政育人模式。Agriculture is a core required course for the major of agriculture.Agricultural practice is an important way for agronomy students to master agricultural production skills,understand the connotation of excellent farming culture,and deeply integrate professional theoretical knowledge with practice.Although the current situation of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice in the training process of agronomy students in agriculture-related universities has been improved to some extent in recent years,there is still a big gap between the cultivation of practical capabilities and the needs of modern agricultural industry and the construction of a strong agricultural country.The agricultural affairs teaching team of Shanxi Agricultural University has carried out a series of teaching reforms,focusing on the practical education of farming-reading education,deeply exploring the rich ideological and political elements contained in agricultural affairs,innovating the organizational form of agricultural practice activities,and improving diversified comprehensive assessment and evaluation system,so as to explore and construct a full-process ideological and political education model based on the integration of theory and practice.
