摘  要:大幅提高甲烷燃烧效率,减缓燃料浪费,即在较低温度下可将甲烷完全转化,其关键是制备高活性的催化剂。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Sr_(0.3)M_(0.5)Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O_(3)(M=Ba,K,Mg)钙钛矿型复合氧化物催化剂,同时,通过XRD、SEM、XPS等方法对样品的物理化学性质进行了系统地表征分析。催化燃烧评价结果表明,Sr_(0.3)M_(0.5)Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O_(3)(M=K,Mg)可将燃烧温度提升7.04%~7.15%,其中在430℃下,Sr_(0.3)K_(0.5)Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O_(3)对甲烷的转化率可到达100%。这是由于A位部分掺杂带来了高含量的O_(surf)/O_(latt)。较高的O_(surf)/O_(latt)值(化学吸附氧含量/晶格氧含量)有助于提高催化剂在氧化反应中的活性。此外,通过K或Ba的取代,氧空位数量的增多加速了NO和CO的吸附和活化。活性氧在催化CH_(4)燃烧中起着至关重要的作用。Significantly increasing the methane combustion efficiency while minimizing fuel waste requires the development of highly active catalysts capable of completely converting methane at relatively low temperatures.In this study,Sr_(0.3)M_(0.5)Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O_(3)(M=Ba,K,Mg)perovskite-type composite oxide catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method.Meanwhile,the physicochemical properties of the samples were systematically characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM and XPS.The results of catalytic combustion evaluation showed that Sr_(0.3)M_(0.5)Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O_(3)(M=K,Mg)could increase the combustion temperature by 7.04%to 7.15%,in which the conversion of methane by Sr_(0.3)K_(0.5)Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O_(3)could reach 100%at 430℃.This high performance can be attributed to the increased amount of O_(surf)/O_(latt)value(chemisorbed oxygen content/lattice oxygen content)resulting from partial doping at the A-site.The higher O_(surf)/O_(latt)value contributes to the improved activity of the catalyst in the oxidation reaction.In addition,the increase in the number of oxygen vacancies by substitution of K or Ba accelerates the adsorption and activation of NO and CO.Activated oxygen plays a crucial role in catalyzing CH_(4)combustion.
