摘 要:油基岩屑是页岩气开采中产生的主要危险废物,其脱油残渣的高值化利用是近年相关领域的研究热点。本文研究了以油基岩屑脱油残渣为主要原料搭配粉煤灰采用高温烧结法制备CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)(CAS)系微晶玻璃的可行性,分析了不同碱度和不同烧结条件对微晶玻璃性能的影响,研究结果表明:碱度为0.62、烧结温度为900℃、烧结速率为5℃/min、晶化时间为2 h时,制得的微晶玻璃试样各项性能最佳,其密度为2.69 g/cm^(3),吸水率为0.05%,显微维氏硬度为5.20 GPa,抗折强度为119.22 MPa,耐酸耐碱腐蚀性分别为97.05%和98.11%,满足JC/T 2097—2011《工业用微晶板材》中的各项要求;油基岩屑脱油残渣引入的适量BaO有利于微晶玻璃的析晶能力;最佳条件下制得的CAS系微晶玻璃主晶相为硅灰石(CaSiO_(3)),晶体呈颗粒状,副晶相为钙长石(CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)),晶体呈片状,玻璃体内晶相稳定,晶体分布均匀、晶粒排列紧密。Oil-based rock cuttings are the main hazardous waste generated during shale gas exploitation,and the high value utilization of the deoiling residue has become a research hotspot in related fields in recent years.This study investigates the feasibility of preparing CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(CAS)glass-ceramics by high temperature sintering method with oil-based rock cuttings deoiling residues as the main raw material,in combination with fly ash.The effects of different alkalinity and sintering conditions on glass-ceramics properties were analyzed.The results show that with an alkalinity of 0.62,the sintering temperature of 900℃,the sintering rate of 5℃/min,and the crystallization time of 2 h,the samples of glass-ceramics exhibited optimal properties:a density of 2.69 g/cm^(3),a water absorption rate of 0.05%,a micro-Vickers hardness of 5.20 GPa,a flexural strength of 119.22 MPa,and acid and alkali resistance rates of 97.05%and 98.11%,respectively,which meet the requirements of JC/T 2097—2011“Industrial microcrystalline sheet.”The appropriate introduction of BaO from the oil-based rock cuttings deoiling residues benefits the crystallization capacity of glass-ceramics.Under the best conditions,the main crystalline phase of prepared CAS glass-ceramics is wollastonite(CaSiO_(3)),appearing in granular crystals,while the secondary crystalline phase is anorthite(CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)),appearing in flaky crystals.The glassy matrix exhibits stable crystalline phases with uniform crystal distribution and tightly packed grain arrangement.
