摘 要:文章对径流式叶轮几何角对气动性能的影响进行了研究。研究发现:在出口几何角固定的情况下,调整几何角中间分布规律可以影响到叶轮的载荷分布形式;前加载的叶型总包角theta大,叶轮流道长;后加载的叶型总包角theta小,叶轮流道短。在叶片前半段,前加载叶型由于载荷较大,二次流损失及叶顶漏气损失均要大于后加载叶型;在叶片后半段,后加载叶型由于载荷的增大,二次流损失及叶顶漏气损失要明显大于前加载叶型;在叶片尾缘后的一段尾迹掺混区,后加载叶型的尾迹损失及掺混损失要明显大于前加载叶型。综合来看,叶轮几何角分布形式存在最佳值。In this paper,The influence of blade angle distribution of radial inflow impeller on aerodynamic performance is studied.The results show that the loading distribution of impeller can be affected by adjusting the blade angle distribution.Front loading blade has large wrap angle and long flow path,which is opposite to the aft-loading blade.In the front part of flow passage in front loading blade,due to the large blade loading,the secondary loss and leakage loss is larger than that in aft-loading blade.However,in the rear part of the flow passage in aft-loading blade,the secondary loss and tip clearance loss increases with the blade loading.In the mixing area after the blade trailing edge,wake loss and mixing loss in aft-loading blade are larger than that in front loading blade.On the whole,there is an optimal distribution for blade angle ditribution.
