摘  要:文章主要针对汽轮机用大规格螺纹车削进刀次数多,车削参数对螺纹车削效果影响大的情况。根据螺纹牙型截面形状,从理论上计算单次切削深度与切削面积的关系,运用基于切削面积相等原则,推导出单次切削深度计算公式。根据计算公式,可方便快速计算螺纹车削单次切削深度,使单次切削深度分配更合理,从而改善螺纹加工和表面质量,提高螺纹车削刀具寿命。This article mainly focuses on the situation where the number of feed times for turning large-sized threads in turbines is high,and the turning parameters have a significant impact on the thread turning effect.According to the cross-sectional shape of the thread profile,Theoretical calculation of the relationship between single cutting depth and cutting area,Using the principle of equal cutting area,derive a formula for calculating single cutting depth.According to the calculation formula,it is convenient and fast to calculate the single cutting depth of thread turning,making the distribution of single cutting depth more reasonable,thereby improving thread processing and surface quality,and increasing the service life of thread turning tools.
