摘　　要：中小型燃气轮机具有广泛的应用领域,对于我国能源电力结构优化有重大意义。文章介绍了东方汽轮机在燃机产业的突破创新,围绕燃气轮机核心部件转子的自主国产化研制,分析关键技术和设备资源,针对厂内产线布局、厂外供应链构建,提出成套解决方案。Small and medium-sized gas turbines have a wide range of applications,which is of great significance to the optimization of energy power structure in our country.This paper introduces the breakthrough innovation of Dongfang Turbine in gas turbine industry,focuses on the independent domestic development of rotor,the core component of gas turbine,analyzes the key technologies and equipment resources,and puts forward a complete set of solutions for the layout of production line in the plant and the construction of supply chain outside the plant.
