摘　　要：文章以材料G115钢为研究对象。通过对G115开展锻造及性能热处理工艺摸索,获得符合使用标准要求性能的原材料,掌握性能热处理工艺参数,最终获得用于指导后续产品的锻造及热处理工艺流程和工艺参数。This paper takes G115 steel as the research object.Through exploring the forging and performance heat treatment process of G115,the raw materials with the properties that meet the requirements of the use standard are obtained and the performance heat treatment process parameters are mastered finally,the forging and heat treatment process flow and process parameters are obtained to guide subsequent products.
