摘  要:海河防潮闸工程位于天津市滨海新区海河尾闾,施工期间中心城区和滨海新区的防洪、排涝任务十分艰巨,施工导流标准选择非常重要。特别是闸址周边城市建筑物密集、可用施工场地狭小,施工导流布置方案的选择是重中之重。淤泥质的河道地基致使围堰型式及导流明渠型式的选择十分困难,导流建筑物设计需要结合地质、材料、施工方案等因素综合考虑。介绍了在海河淤泥质软基上海河防潮闸施工的导流设计标准、导流布置方案选择,以及双排拉森钢板桩围堰及水泥搅拌桩型钢支护边墙的导流明渠的设计、施工及运行。Haihe tidal gate project is located at the end of Haihe River,Binhai district,Tianjin.During the period of construction,the flood control and drainage are very difficult in central urban area and Binhai district so that the selection of construction diversion standard is very significant.In particular,the surrounding of the gate is dense with buildings and the available work yard is limited,so the selection of diversion scheme is the most important.Besides,the foundation of the channel is silt,which increases the difficulty of cofferdam type selection and open diversion channel type selection.The design of diversion buildings should consider many factors such as geology,materials and construction schemes.The design standard of diversion and the selection of diversion scheme for construction of Haihe tidal gate were introduced in this paper.The design,construction and operation of the open diversion channel of double row steel sheet pile cofferdam and cement mixing pile steel supporting side wall were also discussed.
