素混凝土桩复合地基高层建筑倾斜原因分析及迫降纠偏实践

摘　　要：一栋地处西北,素混凝土桩复合地基、地下室整体浇筑、上部结构变形缝断开的两结构单元在建高层建筑(拟建地下1层、西单元地上26层、东单元地上23层),主体结构建至14层时,冬休停建,冬休过后准备续建时,发现西单元建筑物地基不均匀隆胀倾斜超标,需要纠偏整治后方可续建。本文通过对这一现象,进行原因分析及采用井巷法对西单元进行迫降纠偏整治,整个施工过程在楼体外围通过竖井在地下室底板下开挖平巷实施水平陶土迫降纠偏,并获得成功。A high-rise building under construction located in the northwest with a plain concrete pile composite foundation,integral casting of the basement,and separated deformation joints in the superstructure of the two structural units(proposed to have 1 underground floor,26 floors above ground in the west unit,and 23 floors above ground in the east unit).When the main structure was built to the 14 th floor,the construction was suspended for the winter break.After the winter break,when preparing for the continuation of construction,it was found that the uneven swelling and inclination of the foundation of the west unit building exceeded the standard and needed rectification before the continuation of construction.Through analyzing this phenomenon in this paper,and using the shaft and roadway method to carry out forced settlement rectification for the west unit,the entire construction process was implemented by excavating horizontal adits under the basement floor through vertical shafts on the periphery of the building for horizontal clay forced settlement rectification,and it was successful.
