摘  要:现阶段我国工业建筑厂房大面积地坪抗裂已有相关的防治措施,比如采用跳仓法分仓浇筑、设置铠装缝或预应力地坪等施工方法,虽能够起到一定的抗裂效果,但经济成本较大,且施工过程较为烦琐,不易被施工单位所接受。本研究提出一种大面积地坪抗裂装配缝施工技术,通过研发一种可循环利用定型化模板及配套使用的紧固机构与标高调整机构,安装灵活而方便简洁,有效提高了大面积地坪抗裂性及施工效率,实现了绿色施工降本增效的目的。At present,there are relevant prevention and control measures for the anti-cracking of large-area floors of industrial buildings in China.For example,construction methods such as pouring in separate compartments by the skip-bin method,setting armored joints or prestressed floors can play a certain anti-cracking effect,but the economic cost is relatively high,and the construction process is more complicated and not easily accepted by construction units.This paper proposes a construction technology of anti-cracking assembly joints for large-area floors.By developing a recyclable standardized formwork and the supporting fastening mechanism and elevation adjustment mechanism,the installation is flexible,convenient and simple,effectively improving the anti-cracking performance and construction efficiency of large-area floors,and achieving the purpose of green construction,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
