摘 要:在公共建筑改扩建过程中,由于抗震等规范进行了改版,原老旧建筑大部分已不满足现有要求,需加固处理。以河南省郑州市某教学楼加固改造为例,从前期的安全鉴定评估、施工中的方案调整、后期的检测验收等几方面进行介绍,以期为类似砖混结构加固方案选择提供参考。Revision of seismic and other regulations has caused the majority of existing public buildings,which were originally constructed,to be inadequate and necessitate reinforcement during the renovation and expansion process.This article takes the reinforcement and renovation of a teaching building in Zhengzhou,Henan Province as an example,and starts from several aspects such as safety appraisal and evaluation in the early stage,scheme adjustment during construction,and later inspection and acceptance,providing reference for the selection of reinforcement schemes for brick concrete structures.
