摘 要:既有建筑物因为地基处理的不当,会发生地基的不均匀沉降从而引起建筑物的倾斜,上部结构的开裂等病害问题。因此,应该在全面考虑建筑物及各种因素的基础上进行综合分析,找到建筑物的病害原因,采取合理的处理方法进行地基基础的加固设计。结合沿海地区淤泥地层某住宅加固工程,介绍了注浆加固法在既有建筑物地基基础加固中的应用,阐述了施工过程中的注浆参数、施工顺序、施工工艺流程、质量控制和施工监测,注浆加固施工取得了良好的效果,也为类似环境条件下的加固设计提供了参考。Due to improper foundation treatment,existing buildings may experience uneven settlement of the foundation,leading to tilting of the building and cracking of the upper structure.Therefore,comprehensive analysis should be conducted based on a comprehensive consideration of the building and various factors to identify the causes of building diseases and adopt reasonable treatment methods for foundation improvement design.This article provides a detailed introduction to the application of grouting improvement method in the reinforcement of existing building foundations,based on a residential reinforcement project in a coastal area with silt layers.The grouting parameters,construction sequence,construction process flow,quality control,and construction monitoring during the construction process are elaborated,achieving good reinforcement effects and providing reference for reinforcement design under similar environmental conditions.
