摘 要:以雄安新区起步区建筑地基处理工程为例,分析了场地的工程地质和水文地质条件,分别介绍了某多层建筑和某高层建筑的地基处理以及基坑支护的设计与施工情况。通过复合地基静荷载试验和单桩静荷载试验,探讨了复合地基承载力和单桩承载力。从技术与经济两个方面分析比较了高含水率场地CFG复合地基处理方案与灌注桩基础方案优劣。本研究可为下一阶段雄安新区的全面建设提供理论支持和经验借鉴。Taking the ground improvement project of the starting area of Xiong'an New Area as an example,the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the site are analyzed,and the design and construction of foundation improvement and retaining for foundation excavation for one multi story building and one high-rise building are introduced respectively.The bearing capacity of composite ground and single pile are explored through static load tests.The advantages and disadvantages of CFG composite ground improvement and cast-in-place pile foundation for high water content site are analyzed and compared from both technical and economic perspectives.This study can provide theoretical support and experience reference for the comprehensive construction of Xiong'an New Area in the next stage.
