摘　　要：住宅工程项目岩土勘察评价包括查明不良地质作用的类型、成因、分布范围、发展趋势和危害程度,以广东省广州市花都区狮岭住宅工程为例,通过查明场地岩土层的类型、深度、分布、工程特性、变化规律及有关水文地质条件等情况,评价分析了项目地基的稳定性、均匀性和承载力对基础设计和施工的影响,并提出了防治方案的建议。The geotechnical investigation and evaluation of residential engineering projects include identifying the types,causes,distribution ranges,development trends,and hazard levels of adverse geological processes.Taking the Shiling residential project in Huadu District,Guangzhou City as an example,this article evaluates the stability,uniformity,and bearing capacity of the project foundation on the design and construction of the foundation by identifying the types,depths,distribution,engineering characteristics,variation patterns,and relevant hydrogeological conditions of the site's geotechnical layers.Suggestions for prevention and control measures are also proposed.
