摘 要:多元素合金化设计是提升高铬白口铸铁耐磨性能研究的重点,通过合金元素定量添加可提高材料力学性能以及改变碳化物类型,从而提高高铬铸铁的耐磨性能。介绍了高铬铸铁经合金化处理后材料服役性能的变化,综述了近年来国内外高铬铸铁多元素合金化研究进展,总结了各类元素定量添加对高铬铸铁的影响以及针对不同合金元素最优的热处理工艺,最后提出了相关研究中存在的问题和需要重点聚焦的研究方向。Multi-element alloying design of high-chromium cast iron is the focus of research to enhance the wear resistance of white cast iron,through the quantitative addition of alloying elements can improve the mechanical properties of the material as well as to change the type of carbide,thus improving the wear resistance of high-chromium cast iron and reducing the economic losses caused by wear.This paper introduces the changes in the service performance of high-chromium cast iron after alloying treatment,reviews the progress of multi-element alloying research on high-chromium cast iron at home and abroad in recent years,and sums up the impact of various types of elements quantitatively added to high-chromium cast iron and the optimal heat treatment process for different alloying elements.Finally,it puts forward the problems in the related research and the research directions that need to be focused.
