摘　　要：质量双归零管理理念从产品质量问题切入,从技术归零与管理归零两方面查找质量问题发生的根源,有效提升质量管理水平。本文详细阐述了质量双归零管理的内容与工作程序,并对其在铸造行业的应用展开分析,旨在优化质量问题管控流程,高效管控铸造生产及管理过程,打造铸造行业“零缺陷”。The management concept of quality double zeroing starts from the product quality problem,and finds the root cause of the quality problem from the two aspects of technical zeroing and management zeroing,so as to effectively improve the quality management level.This paper elaborates on the content and working procedures of quality double zero management,and analyzes its application in the foundry industry,aiming to optimize the quality problem control process,efficiently control the casting production and management process,and create"zero defects"in the foundry industry.
