摘　　要：主要研究如何细化过程管控来提高铸件喷漆质量。首先,描述了人工喷漆和自动喷漆各自的特点和使用场景,然后对喷漆铸件中常出现的喷漆质量问题进行了讨论,主要包括色差、脱漆。最后,对当前喷漆工艺中影响最终产品质量的关键环节,提出了细化过程管控策略,比如喷漆日期追溯、涂料配比设定、涂料流量校准等。结果显示该过程管控方案提升了喷漆质量的稳定性与一致性,从而增强产品市场竞争力,为企业带来经济效益的同时也提高了客户满意度。This paper mainly studies how to refine the process control to improve the painting quality of castings.Firstly,the characteristics and usage scenarios of manual painting and automatic painting are described,and then the painting quality problems that often occur in painted castings are discussed,mainly including color difference and paint stripping.Finally,for the key links that affect the quality of the final product in the current painting process,detailed process control strategies are proposed,such as painting date traceability,paint ratio setting,paint flow calibration,etc.The results show that the process control scheme improves the stability and consistency of paint quality,thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of products,bringing economic benefits to enterprises and improving customer satisfaction.
