摘 要:一体化真空压铸是当前实现新能源汽车轻量化的主流技术,随着压铸技术的不断成熟,一体化结构件尺寸逐渐增大,对模具温度的精准控制提出了更高的要求,微量喷涂对模具温度的合理调控直接决定了压铸件的质量和生产效率。本文建立了微量喷涂模具温度调控系统方案,构建了微量喷涂模具温度控制系统实验平台,通过实验和仿真分析了喷涂距离、喷嘴相对位置、喷涂流量等因素对微量喷涂冷却效果的影响。实验结果验证了模具温度在线检测和温度控制系统的可靠性和实用性,为提升铸件质量和延长模具使用寿命提供了有效的技术支持。Integrated vacuum die-casting is the mainstream technology to realize the lightweight of new energy vehicles,with the continuous maturity of die-casting technology,the size of the integrated structural parts gradually increases,the precise control of the mold temperature puts forward higher requirements,and the reasonable regulation of the mold temperature by micro-spraying directly determines the quality and production efficiency of the die-casting.In this paper,the temperature control system scheme of micro-spraying mold is established,and the experimental platform of temperature control system of micro-spraying mold is constructed,and the influence of spraying distance,nozzle relative position,spraying flow rate and other factors on the cooling effect of micro-spraying is analyzed through experiments and simulations.The experimental results verify the reliability and practicability of the online mold temperature detection and temperature control system,and provide effective technical support for improving the quality of castings and prolonging the service life of molds.
