摘 要:本研究旨在探讨VSM1068微型步进电机外壳经真空退火后矫顽力超出设计要求的问题。为降低电机外壳材料的矫顽力,将样品分别在真空、空气和氩氢混合气体介质环境下进行退火处理,运用金相分析和X-射线衍射分析法探讨了各种介质对材料微观结构和矫顽力的影响。研究结果表明,在空气介质中退火能有效降低外壳矫顽力,但形成黑色氧化膜,影响尺寸精度和电镀工艺。相比之下,氩氢气混合气体具有脱碳功能,提高了材料纯度,使得表面呈银白色,且在降低矫顽力方面表现出色,其平均矫顽力Hc值为51.6 A/m,符合设计需求。研究结果对于微型步进电机设计和性能优化具有重要意义。The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of coercivity exceeding the design requirements after vacuum annealing of VSM1068 microstepping motor housing.In order to reduce the coercivity of the motor casing material,the samples were annealed in vacuum,air and argon and hydrogen mixed gas media,and the effects of various media on the microstructure and coercivity of the material were investigated by metallographic analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that annealing in air medium can effectively reduce the coercivity of the shell,but the formation of black oxide film,affecting the dimensional accuracy and plating process.In contrast,the argon and hydrogen gas mixture has the function of decarburization,improves the purity of the material,makes the surface silver-white,and performs well in reducing the coercivity,with an average coercivity Hc value of 51.6 A/m,which meets the design requirements.The results of the study are of great significance for the design and performance optimization of micro stepper motors.
