摘  要:研究了均质化热处理对AZ80镁合金显微组织和硬度的影响。研究结果显示,均质化热处理使AZ80镁合金中的Mg17Al12相固溶进基体,减少了成分偏析,使得Al和其他合金元素在镁基体中更加均匀分布,提高了合金的整体性能。此外,均质化处理后合金的硬度也有所提高,可能是因为组织改善导致的固溶强化以及晶粒尺寸的细化。实验结果为优化AZ80镁合金的热处理工艺提供了参考。The effect of homogenization heat treatment on the microstructure and hardness of AZ80 magnesium alloy was studied.The results show that the Mg17Al12 phase in AZ80 magnesium alloy is melted into the matrix by homogenization heat treatment,which reduces the segregation of the components,makes Al and other alloying elements more evenly distributed in the magnesium matrix,and improves the overall performance of the alloy.In addition,the hardness of the alloy has also increased after homogenization,possibly due to solution strengthening due to microstructure improvement and grain size refinement.The experimental results provide a reference for optimizing the heat treatment process of AZ80 magnesium alloy.
