摘 要:针对零件的不同部位、不同渗碳层的渗碳工艺进行了研究,采用工艺试验先对一次渗碳部位A进行渗碳,渗碳后进行防渗剂保护;对二次渗碳部位B进行二次渗碳,通过对扩散碳势等工艺优化调整,解决了表面硬度低的问题,得到了较为合理的二次渗碳工艺,实现了对两个部位进行不同硬化层渗碳淬火处理。The carburizing process of different parts and different carburizing layers of the parts was studied,and the process test was used to carburize the primary carburizing part A first,and the anti-seepage agent protection was carried out after carburizing.The secondary carburizing part B was carried out for the second carburizing,and the problem of low surface hardness was solved by optimizing and adjusting the diffusion carbon potential and other processes,and a more reasonable secondary carburizing process was obtained,and the carburizing and quenching treatment of different hardened layers was realized for the two parts.
