摘　　要：介绍了铸钢件焊补过程中出现的典型缺陷,重点分析了焊接气孔、焊接未熔合的金相组织特征。通过对焊接方式的选择、焊接工艺评定、焊接过程质量控制等方面进行分析,重点阐述了焊接过程中的关键控制项点及要求,以得到稳定的焊接质量。The typical defects in the process of welding and repairing steel castings are introduced,and the metallographic microstructure characteristics of welded porosity and welded non-fusion are analyzed.Through the analysis of the selection of welding methods,welding process qualification,welding process quality control,etc.,the key control items and requirements in the welding process are emphatically expounded to obtain stable welding quality.
