摘 要:介绍了驱动桥壳铸件的结构和技术要求,详细阐述了基于3D打印技术的铸造开发过程。得出以下结论:基于3D打印的铸造工艺设计不再受产品结构限制,设计方案更加灵活;铸件整体质量明显优于传统树脂砂铸件质量;产品开发周期大幅度缩短。The structure and technical requirements of drive axle housing castings are introduced,and the casting development process based on 3D printing technology is elaborated in detail.The following conclusions are drawn:the casting process design based on 3D printing is no longer limited by the product structure,and the design scheme is more flexible;The overall quality of castings is significantly better than that of traditional resin sand castings;The product development cycle is greatly shortened.
