摘　　要：介绍了中频炉、LF炉与VOD炉三联冶炼ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1VNbNB的工艺流程及熔炼过程参数控制措施。通过中频炉冶炼返回料提供粗炼钢水,结合LF炉和VOD炉精炼工艺,降低了中频炉对原辅材料的使用标准,经实际生产验证钢液纯净度高,夹杂物和气体含量低,生产效率高。The process flow and control measures of the smelting process parameters of ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1VNbNB in the triple smelting of intermediate frequency furnace,LF furnace and VOD furnace were introduced.Combined with the refining process of LF furnace and VOD furnace,the use standard of raw and auxiliary materials in the intermediate frequency furnace is reduced,and the actual production verification has high purity,low content of inclusions and gases,and high production efficiency.
