摘　　要：心力衰竭是影响我国人口寿命的重大疾病之一,其发病率呈逐渐升高的趋势。对于终末期心力衰竭患者,左心室辅助装置(LVAD)可以作为桥接或代替心脏移植的重要治疗方式。近年来,研究显示,部分植入LVAD的慢性心力衰竭患者出现了心肌功能的明显改善,在关闭或移除LVAD后,这种改善仍持续存在,这引发了众多研究者的强烈兴趣。本文就对心力衰竭患者植入LVAD后,心脏功能恢复的临床与基础研究进展加以综述。Heart failure is a major disease affecting life expectancy in China,with a steadily increasing incidence.For patients with end-stage heart failure,left ventricular assist device(LVAD)serves as a critical treatment option,either as a bridge or an alternative to heart transplantation.Recent studies have demonstrated the significant improvement in myocardial function in some patients with chronic heart failure after LVAD implantation,with these improvements persisting even after LVAD deactivation or removal.This has sparked significant interest among researchers.This article reviewes the clinical and basic research progress on cardiac function recovery in heart failure patients following LVAD implantation.
