对我国区域经济政策制定的思考方法分析——基于长三角区域经济政策分析的参考与借鉴

摘　　要：随着我国区域经济的不断发展和区域经济政策的不断出台,如何科学地制定区域经济政策成为实现区域经济良好发展的客观要求。长三角区域作为我国开发较早的经济区,有着丰富科学的政策实践。由于制定区域经济政策需要考虑综合因素,为了更好地了解好的区域经济政策如何制定,现在以长三角区域经济政策为出发点,从其政策制定的背景、目的和措施等角度出发,总结区域经济政策制定的思考方法,也以此作为其他区域经济政策制定的参考和借鉴。Along with the constant development of regional economy and continuous introduction of regional economic policies,it has become the objective requirement to scientifically formulate regional economic policies for the well development of regional economy.Yangtze River Delta,as an economic zone which is developed much earlier in our country,is of rich scientific policy practices.Formulating regional economic policies requires considering comprehensive factors.In order to better understand the rule of such practice,now it takes economic policies in Yangtze River Delta as the start-point to summarize the thinking methods of formulating regional economic policies from the perspective of policy formulation background,aim and measures.These also provide reference for other regions.
