摘　　要：为了能够在物质层面与产业有机结合,要保护传统饮食文化、推动乡村振兴、吸引留住乡村人才,在精神层面与乡村文化有机结合,利用饮食载体宣传特色乡愁,留住乡愁,发挥乡愁的特殊价值,为乡村振兴提供动力。文章通过总结饮食文化视角下乡愁助力乡村文化产业振兴研究的缘起及背景,阐述了研究的重要意义,分析了当前存在的问题,通过政策及具体措施的建议总结了该领域实践探索的重点与方向。In order to organically combine with the industry at the material level,it needs to protect the traditional food culture,promote rural revitalization,attract and retain rural talents.To organically combine with rural culture at the spiritual level,it is important to use food carriers to promote characteristic nostalgia,retain nostalgia,give full play to the special value of nostalgia,which will provide impetus for rural revitalization.By summarizing the origin and background of nostalgia promoting more research on the revitalization of rural cultural industries from the perspective of food culture,this paper expounds the significance of the research,analyzes the current problems,and summarizes the focus and direction of practical exploration in this field through policies and specific measures.
