摘  要:以110份西瓜种质资源为试材,采用分子标记技术,研究了不同试验材料的果肉颜色、果肉硬度及枯萎病抗性的差异,以期为后续的新品种选育工作提供参考依据。结果表明:筛选出兼具硬肉和高抗枯萎病种质资源6份;兼具非硬肉和高抗枯萎病种质资源23份;兼具红肉和高抗枯萎病种质资源16份;兼具粉红肉和高抗枯萎病种质资源4份。未筛选到兼具红肉、硬肉和高抗枯萎病的种质。Taking 110 watermelon germplasm resources as the test materials and adopted molecular marker technology to investigate the differences in flesh color,flesh firmness and resistance to blight of different test materials,in order to provide reference for the subsequent breeding of new varieties.The results showed that 6germplasm resources with both hard meat and high resistance to blight were selected.There were 23germplasm resources with both non-hard meat and high resistance to blight.16germplasm resources with both red meat and high resistance to blight;both pink meat and high resistance to blight germplasm resources 4.No germplasm with both red meat,hard meat and high resistance to blight was screened.
