摘 要:使用MC程序包构建YAP:Ce闪烁体探测器的几何结构,模拟α放射性核素与YAP:Ce闪烁体材料发生相互作用产生闪烁光子进入光电倍增管的物理过程。计算放射性核素衰变产生的α粒子与闪烁体材料相互作用产生闪烁光子的物理过程以及闪烁光子在闪烁晶体中吸收、反射等光学过程,统计进入光电倍增管的光子数,累计得到模拟计算的谱图。通过实测^(241)Am和^(239)Pu的能谱图对比结果表明,模拟程序计算结果准确可靠,可为闪烁体探测器测量α放射性核素的相关实验和实际应用提供技术支持和参考。The geometry model of YAP:Ce scintillation detector was constructed and the response toα-rays of polished YAP:Ce scintillator crystals read out by photomultipliers has been studied by means of Monte Carlo simulation program.The simulations took into account the radioactive decay of nuclides,the production of scintillation photons and the optical properties like absorption,reflection,and diffusion during the passage of the light through the scintillator crystal into the photomultiplier tube.All events related to the photons that transport into photomultiplier were recorded.After completion of the simulation,the simulated spectra were obtained using recorded information.The simulated spectra of^(241)Am and^(239)Pu were fit well with the spectra obtained in the experiments.The reliability and rationality of this simulation is confirmed by comparing with the measurements.The code of simulation can provide technical support and reference for the relevant experiments and practical applications of scintillator detectors for measuringαradionuclides.
