摘 要:目的基于SERVQUAL模型构建ICU专科护士临床实践教学服务质量评价指标体系。方法2023年9-12月,采用小组访谈、文献分析及德尔菲专家函询法,通过2轮对15名专家的函询,确定ICU专科护士临床实践教学服务质量评价指标体系的内容。结果2轮专家函询中,问卷的回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.92和0.91,变异系数为0.05~0.28和0.05~0.22,整体肯德尔协调系数分别为0.38和0.57,最终构建的ICU专科护士临床实践教学服务质量评价指标体系包含一级指标5项、二级指标10项和三级指标34项。结论构建的ICU专科护士临床实践教学服务质量评价指标体系结果科学可靠,专家意见集中,兼具教学评价和指导功能,可为ICU专科护士培训认证工作提供系统、客观的教学服务质量评价依据。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the quality of clinical practice teaching service of ICU specialist nurses based on SERVQUAL model.Methods From September to December 2023,group interviews,literature analysis,and Delphi method were used to determine the content of the ICU specialist nurses'clinical practice teaching service quality evaluation index system through 2 rounds of consultation with 15 experts.Results In 2 rounds of expert consultation,the recovery rates of the consultation forms were 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.92 and 0.91,the coefficients of variation were 0.05~0.28 and 0.05~0.22,and the Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.38 and 0.57,respectively,and the finally constructed quality evaluation index system of ICU specialized nurses'clinical practice teaching service contained 5 first-level indexes,10 second-level indicators,and 34 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed quality evaluation index system of clinical practice teaching service for the ICU specialist nurse is scientific and reliable,and the expert opinions are centralized,and it has both teaching evaluation and guidance functions,which can provide a systematic and objective teaching service quality evaluation basis for the training and certification of ICU specialist nurses.
