摘　　要：睡眠质量不佳是不孕女性在辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive techniques, ART)助孕期间普遍存在的问题,且对助孕结局产生影响。本研究从ART助孕女性睡眠质量现状、睡眠质量对助孕结局的影响、睡眠质量的影响因素及相关干预措施共4个方面进行综述,以期引起临床医护人员对该人群睡眠问题的重视,为临床尽早识别ART助孕女性的睡眠障碍并提供有效干预措施提供参考依据。Poor sleep quality was a common problem for infertile women during pregnancy assisted by assisted reproductive techniques(ART),and it also affected the outcome of assisted pregnancy.This study reviewed the status quo of sleep quality of pregnant women assisted by ART,the influence of sleep quality on assisted pregnancy outcome,the influencing factors of sleep quality,and relevant intervention measures,in order to attract clinical medical staff's attention to sleep problems in this population,and to provide reference for early clinical identification of sleep disorders caused by poor sleep quality in pregnant women with ART and provide effective intervention measures.
