摘　　要：维护、保护和恢复患者尊严是安宁疗护的重要原则之一。尊严疗法是一种针对终末期疾病患者的心理干预方法,旨在为患者提供一个表达自我的机会,让患者在最后的时光回顾自己的一生,接受家庭和社会的关爱和支持,从而减轻患者心理痛苦。尊严谈话是在尊严疗法的基础上所创立的一种简短、个性化的心理治疗。本文就尊严的相关概念、终末期疾病患者尊严现状及主要影响因素、尊严疗法与尊严疗法的应用、挑战及展望展开综述。Objective Maintaining,protecting,and restoring the dignity of patients is one of the important principles of hospice care.Dignity therapy is a psychological intervention method for patients with terminal diseases,and its aim is to provide patients with an opportunity to express themselves,so patients can review their own life in the last time and accept the care and support from family and society,so as to alleviate the psychological stress.Dignity talk is a brief and personalized psychotherapy created on the basis of dignity therapy.This paper reviewed the related concepts of dignity,the current situation of dignity of patients with terminal diseases and its main influencing factors,dignity therapy and its application,challenges and prospects.
