摘　　要：总结应用新型药物艾沙康唑治疗2例鼻-眶-脑型米根霉感染的用药护理经验。护理重点为该药物的配置与应用;常见不良反应的观察与处理,如恶心、肝肾功能异常、心悸、低钾血症、皮疹等。经过护理人员的用药观察和护理,2例患者均康复良好,随访目前无用药不适反应。针对毛霉菌病米根霉感染的患者,在传统抗真菌治疗药物不耐受或不敏感时,使用艾沙康唑治疗,加强用药护理,可一定程度帮助患者减少痛苦、争取治疗时间。Objective To summarize the experience of medication and nursing in the treatment of 2 cases of nasal orbital brain type Rhizopus oryzae infection using the new drug isavuconazole.Methods The nursing focus was on the preparation and application of the drug;Observation and management of common adverse reactions,such as nausea,liver and kidney dysfunction,palpitations,hypokalemia,rash,etc.Results After medication observation and nursing by nursing staff,both patients had recovered well,and there was currently no medication discomfort during follow-up.Conclusion For patients with Rhizopus oryzae infection caused by mucormycosis,when traditional antifungal treatment drugs are intolerant or insensitive,the use of isavuconazole for treatment and strengthening medication care can help reduce pain and save treatment time to a certain extent.
