摘 要:为实现子母弹低过载抛撒功能,设计了一种套装式燃气发生器,通过在燃气发生器燃烧室外增加套装壳体形成降压增容辅助室,从而提高抛撒机构的初始作用容积,以达到降低抛撒过载的目的,并通过仿真和试验手段对基于套装式和典型结构燃气发生器的抛撒机构内弹道性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:在相同抛撒速度下,套装式燃气发生器产生的抛撒过载为16.2g,比典型结构燃气发生器的抛撒过载降低了10.4g,降比约39%,过载降低效果明显。本研究为低过载子弹抛撒用燃气发生器设计提供了新的思路。In order to achieve the function of cluster bombs low overload dispersal,a double-layer gas generator was designed.By adding a outer shell outside the combustion chamber of the gas generator to form a pressure reducing and capacity increasing auxiliary chamber,the initial action volume of the dispersal mechanism was increased to achieve the goal of reducing dispersal overload.And the internal ballistic performance of the dispersal mechanisms based on the double-layer structure and typical structure gas generators were compared and studied through simulation and experimental methods.The results show that at the same dispersal speed,the dispersal overload generated by the double-layer gas generator is 16.2 g,which is 10.4 g lower than the dispersal overload of a typical structure gas generator,with a reduction ratio of about 39%.The overload reduction effect is significant.This study provides a new approach for the design of gas generators for low overload cluster bombs dispersal.
