摘  要:为了提升油气井用射孔弹的射孔性能和清洁效果,在常规药型罩配方中加入铝镍活性材料,试验研究了不同质量比的Ni-Al合金粉以及不同Ni-Al合金粉含量的药型罩的放热特性,对Ni-Al合金药型罩配方进行了优化设计;并通过地面模拟穿钢靶试验和地面模拟地层岩石应力试验,对Ni-Al合金药型罩和常规药型罩的射孔孔径、穿深和自清洁效果进行了对比。结果表明:当w_(Ni)∶w_(Al)=2∶1时,Ni-Al金属粉的放热量最大,达到255.5 J·g^(-1);当Ni-Al金属粉和其它金属粉材的配比为6∶4时,Ni-Al合金药型罩的放热量最大,达到9806 J·g^(-1);相较于常规射孔弹,自清洁射孔弹的射孔孔径和穿深分别提升了23.8%和9.4%,并且达到了清洁孔道的效果。In order to improve the perforation performance and cleaning effect of perforating shaped charges used in oil and gas wells,aluminum nickel active materials were added to the conventional liner formula.The heat release characteristics of Ni-Al alloy powder with different mass ratios and liners with different Ni-Al alloy powder contents were experimentally studied,and the formulation of Ni-Al alloy liner was optimized;And through ground simulated steel target penetration tests and ground simulated formation rock stress tests,the perforation aperture,penetration depth,and self-cleaning effect of Ni-Al alloy liner and conventional liner were compared.The results show that when w_(Ni)∶w_(Al)=2∶1,the heat release of Ni-Al metal powder is the highest,reaching 255.5 J·g^(-1);When the ratio of Ni-Al metal powder to other metal powders is 6∶4,the heat release of Ni-Al alloy liner is the highest,reaching 9806 J·g^(-1);Compared with conventional perforating shaped charges,the perforation aperture and penetration depth of self-cleaning perforating shaped charges have increased by 23.8%and 9.4%respectively,and the effect of cleaning the pore channels is achieved.
