摘　　要：随着党的二十大报告提出“促进高质量充分就业”的目标任务,大学生职业生涯教育成为培养时代新人的关键途径。该文探讨如何将思政教育有效融入大学生的职业生涯教育,从二者在培养高质量人才方面的重要意义出发,分析辅导员在此过程中承担的角色、面临的困境并提出可行的解决路径,旨在为实现高质量充分就业目标提供策略支持。With the goal of“promoting high-quality full employment”proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,career education for college students has become a key way to culti⁃vate new talents of the era.This paper explores how to effectively integrate ideological and political education into the career education of college students.Starting from the importance of both in cultivating high-quality talents,this paper analyzes the role of counselors in this process,the difficulties they face,and proposes feasible solu⁃tions,aiming to provide strategic support for achieving the goal of high-quality full employment.
