摘　　要：作为高校日常教育工作中的重要组成部分,就业教育和思想政治教育直接关乎学生的社会化,缺一不可。为了培养出更多优秀的复合型人才,高校需要紧密融合就业教育和思想政治教育,积极探索新的融合路径,实现二者的双向度互动,助力学生顺利就业。该文结合高校就业教育与思想政治教育的逻辑关系,深入分析实现二者双向度互动的原则和新路径,以“两课”为载体,有针对性地指导高校学生的就业,全面加强理想信念教育,转变和强化学生的职业观,通过艰苦奋斗教育来培养学生就业的意志品质,让学生顺利实现从学校人向社会人的过渡。As an important part of the daily education work of colleges and universities,employment education and ideological and political education are indispensable and directly related to the socialization of students.In or⁃der to cultivate more outstanding interdisciplinary talents,colleges and universities need to closely integrate em⁃ployment education and ideological and political education,actively explore new integration paths,realize the two-way interaction between the two,and help students’successful employment.Combining the logical relation⁃ship between employment education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this pa⁃per deeply analyzes the principles and new paths to achieve the two-way interaction between the two,actively guides the employment of college students in a targeted manner with the“two courses”as a carrier,comprehen⁃sively strengthens the education of ideals and beliefs,transforms and strengthens students’career outlook,and cultivates students’will of employment through hard work education,so that students can achieve a smooth transi⁃tion from school people to social people.
