大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育融合路径探析

摘　　要：新时代,推动心理健康教育与思想政治教育深度融合已经成为教育教学改革和发展的重要目标与要求。从必要性来看,在新形势下使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,是对高校教学提出的新要求。从重要性来看,心理健康教育与思想政治教育融合可以有效提高大学生的综合素质和道德素养,促进教育高质量发展。从可行性来看,心理健康教育与思想政治教育具有相似的教育内容、共同的追求目标和互补的教育方式,二者能够协同推进、互相成就。可以通过树立“大思政”教育观,强化师资队伍建设,创新教育教学方法等方式扩宽心理健康教育与思想政治教育融合的实践路径。In the new era,promoting the deep integration of mental health education and ideological and political education has become an important goal and requirement for educational reform and development.From the per⁃spective of necessity,the collaboration between various courses and ideological and political theory courses in the new situation to form a synergistic effect is a new requirement for university teaching.From the perspective of im⁃portance,the integration of mental health education and ideological and political education can effectively im⁃prove the comprehensive quality and moral literacy of college students,and promote the high-quality develop⁃ment of education.From a feasibility perspective,mental health education and ideological and political education have similar educational content,common pursuit goals,and complementary educational methods.The two can work together to promote and achieve mutual success.It is necessary to establish an outlook of“comprehensive ideological and political education”,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,innovate education and teaching methods,and broaden the practical path of integrating mental health education with ideological and political edu⁃cation.
