摘  要:当前研学旅行市场异常火爆,专业的研学导师缺口巨大,远远不能满足研学旅行发展的需要,一些企业为了缓解人才压力,直接将导游作为研学导师,然而研学导师作为研学旅行活动中的核心关键人物,与导游还是有较大区别,不可将二者等同。该文以导游和研学导师为研究对象,对导游与研学导师的异同点进行分析,提出从理论知识、专业技能和职业素养三个方面进行强化,进而促进导游向研学导师转变。最后提出导游向研学导师转变的“政—校—企—协”保障措施,如加大政策扶持、增设研学课程、完善培训制度、规范证书考核等,期望通过政府、学校、企业和协会各方的努力,帮助有志向从事研学旅行工作的导游加速转型,从而有效弥补研学旅游人才不足的短板。The current study tour market is extremely hot,and there is a huge shortage of professional study in⁃structors,which is far from meeting the needs of the development of study tours.In order to ease the pressure on talents,some companies directly use tour guides as study instructors.However,as the core and key figures in study tour activities,study instructors are still quite different from tour guides,and the two cannot be equated.Taking tour guides and study instructors as the research objects,this paper analyzes the similarities and differ⁃ences between them,and proposes to strengthen the three aspects of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and professional qualities,so as to promote the transformation of tour guides into study instructors.Finally,the government-school-enterprise-association guarantee measures for the transformation of tour guides into study in⁃structors are proposed,such as increasing policy support,adding study tour courses,improving the training sys⁃tem,and standardizing certificate assessment.It is hoped that through the efforts of the government,schools,enter⁃prises and associations,tour guides who are interested in study tours can accelerate their transformation,thereby effectively making up for the shortage of study tour talents.
